Dear Parul , Many thanks for your invite . I am the founder of a social Enterprise named Yamba Digital Hub which aims to digital inclusion ; particularly for Informal businesses .Indeed most of them envision ICT as a cheap and fast way to grow their businesses but they don't have enough financial means or knowledge for it . We are trying to address such issue by providing low costs or free services to them .  Naturally the challenges are numerous : Human Ressources , financial Ressources and the lack of national policies towards digital inclusion in general .
