It's the last weekend of January. Whoa! Community Makers, how are we doing with our 2021 goals?  What about those predictions...are they on target?

Great question. Pretty much on track!  I identified different products & programs that the community will be delivering 2 years from now. I also identified umbrella activities. I assumed I have all the resources to hire and created an ideal Org Structure with roles & their responsibilities.I also created a present and future Org Structure in my Community Strategy Doc
