How do you start pushing out control in your community to the people?

Does anyone have their own experience of this, how did it go for you and your community?   Any tips or advise?

Ramnath Shenoy , The way I kind of think about this is as a "reward" for your community member/  members. The users that are pushing conversations, answering questions and getting others engaged, is a user that could be a great candidate to be a moderator of a group. This gives them a little control, and might make them an "over the top" member. I wouldn't offer that to anyone or everyone, but to some key individuals that are engaging, then I would possibly offer something like that.
