Thinking about the community process!?

I've been thinking a lot recently about the process of starting a community. Here's what I can narrow down:

- Do you or your people even need one?
- Why should you start one?
- When should you start one?
- How do you know if it will succeed?
- What can you do to minimize failure?

I really like the array of questions. But, just a suggestion if the people you choose like the idea then more than minimizing failure as a question how to increase Engagement should be the question. I am sure your Community is going to turn out so well as you have right questions. All the best :)
