Community Makers Talk: Answer, but not every time
Being community managers, we are all excited to see content and questions being asked by members of the community.
It gives us a sense of satisfaction and it is obvious that we want to engage them further by replying to their queries.
But keep one thing in mind, community managers tend to reply with comprehensive and complete answers, quite quickly, if given the chance.
It is important to allow other members to respond to the queries, or there will be a gap in user engagement, caused by none other than us manager.
It is a scary thought. But one to think about.
Hence, answer. But not every time.
