How do you handle diverse personas in your community?

Does anyone here have a good example of a community that includes different types of members? I constantly come across communities where there are developers and business owners, who consume and create different kinds of content. Any suggestions on how you go about handling this?

By creating topic maps that would resonate with all the personas. Let's make peace with we cant actually please everyone.  Our content strategy should have a healthy proportion of content catering to all. And it's better to create micro communities.  if you think it's more resources and difficult to handle, it's time to pass on the torch to community members now. Build advocacy programs/ super user programs/ MVP programs. It's difficult to scale community unless you pass your trust to the group members. Hope this helps.
