Keeping content as human as possible?

Jargon may be unique but isn't inclusive.

While there's a possibility that people from similar backgrounds will understand words that they use exclusively, there's no guarantee about it.

It's always better to keep all communication as simple as possible to understand.

What are your thoughts on this guys?

Totally. Keeping your community members at the core.  1. Always use simple words, you dont have to show off. 2. Always expand the first instance of abbreviation. 3. Write like you talk. 4. Write to one person.
