How to deal with toxicity in the community?
I'm sure that you've already experienced a "toxic" member in your community. Certain level of toxicity is, let's say, "usual" in a community, but how do you handle a situation, when behaviour of a certain community member is far beyond acceptable (insulting your company, getting every single chance to set other community members against your company, etc.)?
