Community Engagement and Growth

Question

When we built the Community, twas a trial
Few days later, it blew up... Took us totally unaware
Then we began to put in effort to make it work and of course 'grow engagement'

Thing is, engagement level is high and really impressive but we don't know what to do with all of that engagement...

Need suggestions. Thank you.

This is a great problem to have. Kudos to you on being able to achieve this ?  I believe there are two ways to make use of the engagement you've earned:   - Monetization - Giving back  The sweet spot is in achieving both with the same initiative. Tie up with brands that could offer great deals for your members. Or start a course on baking that your members are going to love. Enable members to launch their own courses within your community. Channelise this engagement into new forms of content like podcasts/videos, maybe?
