How important is video content for your community?

Question

Instagram, Tiktok, and similar video/graphical content sharing platforms enjoy a lot more engagement v/s Facebook or Twitter.
Do you think video content is valuable for communities as well?

A lot of community experiences are centered around forums and text-based content rather than media content? Is there any shift towards building engagement via more video content?

Also, please feel free to share tools that are useful in creating engaging video content as well as community platforms supporting more video content sharing!

I LOVE using video content for our community. I find it can be a very clear and visceral way to articulate something. On Linkedin alone videos are 5X more likely to start a conversation versus any other content format — and I imagine that translates to other platforms similarly as well.
