Community members will always make suggestions and requests towards different things in the community.

Listen to them, acknowledge their input, but whether or not you do it, should be weighed on the community’s goal and relevance of their request.

Also, you have to be very attentive to note one-off requests and requests that occur often.

And in cases where a reoccurring request won’t be met, communicate that clearly with the community and give concrete reasons.
