What do you do to help community leaders save time, grow, and achieve their goals?

There are indefinite ways in which you can lend your support to the leaders in a community. You can host training, create templates, develop checklists, start a newsletter, make an FAQ, and what not! The list is endless. According to you, which form of support adds the most value?

Let your community managers know what your expectations are from the community. This saves a lot of time for them to experiment with creating content to engage the members. Would also help with better value add to the community.
