Here's the JD:
- Manage & build the content calendar across Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Youtube account.
- Daily posting of content images and videos across the different channels.
- Monitor and handle the community management daily
- Track marketing performance and build monthly reports
- Should be well-versed with a designing tool. (Either Canva, Crello, photoshop)
- Strategise a plan for increasing customer base and followers
- Build a strong community with high-engagement content like contests, book clubs etc
- Responsible for collaborating with the Marketing team to develop impactful content in the community and social media.
- Innovate, stay up to trend, and bring in new marketing practices.
DESIRED SKILLS :
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. (If you have a portfolio of these work, then you SHOULD apply)
- Strong creative flair
- Experience in handling social media accounts including posting at the desired time, engaging with followers, using the various options to increase followers etc
- Creative thinker that knows how to engage with the customers and students
- Fast learner and agile in a dynamic role
- Humble and hungry to never stop learning
- Collaborative with a hands-on personality
- Excellent communication skills, presentation skills & time management
