I liked this tool as it helps keeping a track of the image of your brand. It literally keeps an eye out for mentions of your brand across various social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. This allows you to know where we are and how we are doing.

As a community manager, we all know the pros of knowing where we are being mentioned. We can make sure to respond on time to every post or comment that mentions our brand, maintaining connections and creating a good public image at the same time.
