Interesting read from David Meerman Scott about social media algorithms and its effects.

His prediction is that 2021 will bring a backlash against them. He outlines a few ways people can battle them, including ad boycotts. I'm not convinced an ad boycott would be effective. Boycotting a platform as a whole could be if enough people did it. Thoughts?
